This package is sized for most mid-sized fields. The larger storage system and high output compressor will keep up with the high air demands of most fields. This package is gasoline driven for the upmost freedom of operation. We have grouped the compressor with the most sought after options. All at an incredible package price!
Compressor – The new BAUER DMT08-GSPB is built for continuous duty at pressures of up to 5000 PSI. This compressor is equipped with an oil pump and oil filtration for extraordinary durability and longevity. A solid workhorse, this package is powered by an advanced design SUBARU 9 HP gas engine. This engine is capable of a little over 2 hours run time on a single tank of gas.
Electric Start Package – With this package we included an electric key start, a charging system and battery box for ease of use. We also provide a pressure switch for auto-off operation. This package is also wired for auto shutdown for low oil pressure and high temperature as well.
Filtration – This package comes with the BAUER P-31 filtration system for extended run times between cartridge changes. One of the largest and most advanced filtration systems in a compressor of this size.
Frame – The DMT08-GSPB frame is now a single piece heavy gauge platform built for rugged operation. The gas engine is mounted on an adjustable base for easy belt tensioning.
Storage – This package comes with four (4) UN/ISO-4500 storage cylinders complete with wall mount track and cylinder clamps. We provide a 20 foot hose for connecting the compressor to the storage system. All pigtails and inter-connecting hardware is also included.
Regulated Output – This package includes an adjustable regulator with two (2) gauges and an output for regulated pressure (3000 PSI) and unregulated pressure (4500 PSI) for the push-button fill stations.
Push Button Fill Stations – This package includes two separate push button AIR-TAPPER-I fill stations. We provide two separate flex lines, each 20 foot in length to connect the fill stations to the storage. This arrangement allows for the fill stations to have one low (3000 PSI) and one high (4500 PSI) or if desired, both could be high.
